We do not except and are NOT contracted with Medicare plans through Devoted or Wellcare or Medicaid plans through Trillum.
Additionally, if you bought your medical insurance plan off of the exchange or you have a medical insurance plan not listed, we encourage you to call our office to confirm we are in nextwork with your specific plan prior to your appoinment.
Vision Insurance:
- Community Eye Care (CEC)
We do not except and are NOT contracted with VSP or Blue Vision (BCBS vision plan).
If you have a vision plan outside of CEC, we can provide you with an itemized receipt after your visit for you to fill to your vision plan yourself.
